Sliding Wardrobe Door Measuring Guide
To ensure your sliding wardrobe doors fit perfectly, it’s important to take accurate measurements before ordering.
Decide on the bottom track surface
Hardwood or laminate floors
The track can sit directly on top.
Carpeted floors
Cut out a section of carpet and replace it with a timber strip (about 18mm high by 65–100mm wide) for a stable base.
Consider your skirting and coving
You may need to remove small sections to allow the tracks to sit flush against the walls. Take this into account when measuring.
Measure the opening height
Measure at three points – left, centre, and right – and use the smallest size. The maximum height we can accommodate is 2480mm.
Our doors can adjust for spaces with up to 20mm width variation and 12mm height variation.
Measure the opening width
Measure at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the largest size.
